"Draw Near to Me."I love word play. Sometimes God uses His Word as an out-of-context inside joke, just between Him and me.

This year, I have been drawing near to God, in charcoal on canvas. I have learned a method of fixing and finishing the artwork, sealed onto the canvas. No glass needed.

My current subject is hands. They can be so expressive. Many of my pieces are inspired by American Sign Language.
